I build what you design.

For creative studios and agencies who care about craft as much as performance, I build fast, CMS-backed websites that grow with your clients beyond launch day.

the-problem.md

At some point, a client's site stops being just a marketing page and becomes infrastructure: something that has to scale, update constantly, and not become a bottleneck to growth.

That's usually where templates start to strain. The content gets too complex, the CMS needs get too specific, whether that's a Webflow or Framer site hitting its limits, or a Shopify theme that's too restrictive for what the brand actually needs.

You don't need a full-time hire for that. You need a build partner you can bring in project by project.

#

what-i-do.md

  • Frontend development — Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
  • CMS architecture — Sanity, Shopify, structured so non-technical teams can self-manage content
  • Performance & accessibility — Lighthouse 90+ and WCAG compliance as a baseline
  • Handoff — documentation and training so I'm not a permanent dependency

I don't do brand strategy or design direction, that stays in your lane.

who-this-is-for.md

Boutique design studios, branding agencies, and growth/CRO shops working with funded startups, tech companies, or scaling DTC brands who need real CMS architecture, not a page builder.

You're a good fit if:

  • Your clients' sites are content-heavy, fast-growing, or need a CMS that their team can manage long-term
  • You don't have (or don't want to staff full-time) a specialized frontend engineer
  • You need a build partner who can take a Figma file and run with it, with minimal hand-holding
  • You care about performance and long-term maintainability beyond launch day

Simbe Robotics — brought in through a creative agency partner

Their site wasn't built to scale — every content update meant developer time. I built the Next.js frontend and designed the CMS architecture in Sanity from the ground up: modular, reusable blocks their internal team could manage independently.

→ Lighthouse scores above 90, codebase built to grow with them
Thesis Testing — in-house, across a portfolio of DTC brand accounts

Built conversion-focused landing pages for 15+ active clients at a time, working directly from growth strategists' goals and copy. Led the migration to Next.js and maintained a shared component library that made running that many accounts simultaneously workable.

→ 49% conversion increase for one client, 43% revenue lift for another

how-it-works.md

  1. Scope call
you share the design files and what the client's team needs long-term
  2. Proposal
clear scope, timeline, and price before anything starts
  3. Build
regular check-ins, no disappearing for three weeks and resurfacing with surprises
  4. Handoff
documentation, a short training session if needed, and a clean exit or an ongoing arrangement if you want one

pricing.md

Builds typically range from $8,000–$25,000+, depending on CMS complexity, page types, and integrations.

Ongoing/retainer arrangements available for studios with recurring build needs.

faq.md

?Do you handle design too?

Nope! I work from your designs, so you own direction and brand, and I own execution. I will, however, work with you to make sure the designs are ready for dev, and flag anything before we get started.

?What if our client's site is currently on Webflow or Framer?

That's a common starting point. I can rebuild it on a headless CMS once it's outgrown what the no-code tool can hold.

?Can we bring you in one project at a time?

Yes, a retainer isn't required to start. Ongoing arrangements are available once there's a working relationship.

?How do you use AI in your workflow?

As a helper, not a builder. I use Claude Code to reason through architecture decisions, speed up development with platform-specific best practices, test code, and write small reusable snippets. The thinking, the decisions, and the actual hard dev work stay mine.
